Violet Ventures is a student-run startup community anchored at NYU Abu Dhabi, building a community of founders and start-ups in the MENA region. We are looking to make a legitimate dent in the MENA entrepreneurship ecosystem and make NYUAD a hub for world-class founders and venture enthusiasts.
Violet Ventures has, in the past 12 months:

• Grown its community to over 800+ bright students
• Curated 12 high-caliber events including a High School Mentorship and ambassadorship Program
• Facilitated more than 35 internships
• Received free passes for some of the world’s largest entrepreneurship and professional development conferences such as GITEX, Slush, START Summit, Northstar YouthX and others
• Organized the first and only Slush Spin-off ever in the UAE and MENA
